I got to can some jelly today! My bathtub is still dirty, I didn't
vacuum, and I barely got all the laundry done, but I did can! I made peach jelly, which I am VERY happy with. It's totally clear and the smell while I was prepping it made my mouth water. I also made cherry almond preserves, but I'm not happy with it at all. I think it's too juicy. You can actually see the top half full of cherries, and the bottom half all liquid. The foam didn't skim 
off easily, and there's some trapped in the cherries. It's going into the rubbish. Any tips on preserves?
